Coderoofs IT Solutions provides software development services, including but not limited to custom software development, web and mobile application development, software maintenance, and related services.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the successful completion of the project. Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees or project timeline adjustments.
Payment terms, including rates, billing frequency, and payment methods, will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.
Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables. Coderoofs IT Solutions retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project.
Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client.
Coderoofs IT Solutions provides a warranty period for delivered software as specified in the project contract. Ongoing support and maintenance services may be available at an additional cost.
Coderoofs IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Termination may result in additional fees for work completed.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab government.
Coderoofs IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
